TERMS OF SERVICE
1.General-Please let me know all info about the commission upfront, as to not cause issues and unneeded changes later on.-DO not be rude, otherwise I will choose to cancel and refund.-Payment is required before i start your commission. I only take payment through the Goods and Services option through Paypal. Deviantart points will work aswell.-If I cannot distinguish your character's color/markings I may ask for another reference.2. Payment-As already stated in General, payment is required upfront. If you are getting an Animated Video commission, payment may be split 50/50 upfront and after wip is seen.-If you fail to pay (partial payment included) within 48 hours of invoice sending, the commission will be cancelled.3. Time and Changes-I will send out a WIP for most commissions, and will make sure to specifically send out a wip if asked for one.-Artwork commissions should not take more than a month, if something has come up to delay your commission, I will be sure to let you know.-Animated video commissions can take up to 2-3 months depending on complexity and length.-Do not request a change if you already approved of earlier wip, make sure you are certain you are happy with how the wip looks and ask for necessary changes before I move on to lining/finalizing.-Please do not nitpick and ask for more than 3 minor changes, if you keep nitpicking past 3 changes, there will be a small charge for each change.4. My copyright-I will be using commissions as examples of my work, and post commission works on my social medias.-I reserve the right to post WIPS of my work, be it personal or commission. Please keep that in mind.-Do not claim the artwork as made by you, you may post the artwork anywhere, but you cannot make money off my work.-If you are not the commissioner, do NOT post my artwork anywhere else. Do NOT edit my artwork.-You CANNOT use my work as an NFT.5. cancelling, refunding, and blacklisting-If you are unhappy with the finished piece, and a wip was NOT shown, a 50% refund will be issued.-If you were shown a wip, and you did not ask for changes, then no refund will be issued.-If you decide to cancel at the wip stage, a 50% refund will be issued-If you file a chargeback, you will be blacklisted and there will be a beware posted.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS!
